The smallest kitchen I ve cooked in years
We rented this little studio in Squaw Valley and they said they had a fully equipped kitchen but didn't say it was the smallest!! Anyway funny enough we still cooked some French specialties with lots of melted cheese. Have you heard of Tartiflette?

Amuse bouche
I made a little amuse, with black pepper cracker on top a smoked salmon cream cheese and a slice of persimmon.
